Esa es la pregunta m\u00e1s importante que debes plantearte si deseas alcanzar la plenitud y la autorrealizaci\u00f3n. Y cuanto antes mejor: recuerda, solo tienes una vida, solo una oportunidad para vivir plenamente &#8230; \u00a1despu\u00e9s llega el temido game over!<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedes hacer para ser m\u00e1s feliz?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>En primer lugar, deja de vivir como un robot<\/strong>. Antes de volver a hacer todas las cosas que has estado haciendo durante a\u00f1os de forma casi autom\u00e1tica, p\u00e1rate a pensar si son buenas <em>para ti<\/em> o no. \u00bfDisfrutas la mayor\u00eda de las cosas que haces en un d\u00eda? \u00bfTe da satisfacci\u00f3n lo que haces para ganarte la vida? Y no, el dinero que te pagan por tu trabajo no basta: piensa cu\u00e1nto vale para ti tu vida y mira a ver si no la est\u00e1s vendiendo a precio de ganga. No hagas mal negocio con tu vida, pues en este no hay derecho de retracto: nunca podr\u00e1s recuperar ni un segundo del tiempo que ya dejaste escapar. S\u00e9 sincero: solo t\u00fa sabes la respuesta a estas preguntas, nadie puede ayudarte, nadie est\u00e1 mirando&#8230; nadie m\u00e1s que tu conciencia: tu primer y \u00faltimo juez. \u00bfEst\u00e1s satisfecho con tu vida actual? Si no es as\u00ed, es hora de cambiar: solo los locos esperan obtener un resultado diferente de hacer las mismas cosas una y otra vez.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Segundo, si hay partes de tu vida actual que no son tan buenas como podr\u00edan y deber\u00edan serlo, cambia<\/strong>. Pero no esperes, comienza a cambiar ahora: ma\u00f1ana es demasiado tarde porque <em>ma\u00f1ana<\/em> solo existe en tu cabeza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tercero, encuentra la inspiraci\u00f3n para cambiar.<\/strong> Solo t\u00fa puedes cambiar tu vida, nadie puede hacerlo por ti, pero la inspiraci\u00f3n externa es fundamental para darte la motivaci\u00f3n que necesitas para cambiar.
