Desde sus inicios, el significado m\u00e1s profundo de Awake, Arise, or be Forever Fallen!<\/em> era ayudar a las personas a elegir la vida sobre la muerte en todas las circunstancias, y elegir la vida no s\u00f3lo como la preservaci\u00f3n de nuestra existencia biol\u00f3gica, sino la elecci\u00f3n deliberada de vivir plenamente cada segundo de nuestras vidas.<\/p>\n

En menos de un a\u00f1o, tres personas que conoc\u00eda bien pusieron fin a sus vidas. Y aunque cada uno de ellos ten\u00eda una personalidad diferente, viv\u00eda en un pa\u00eds distinto y ten\u00eda sus propias circunstancias particulares, los tres ten\u00edan varias cosas en com\u00fan. Todos eran grandes personas, inteligentes, llenas de vida, y a ninguno de ellos le faltaba ninguno de los elementos esenciales para vivir una vida feliz. Ten\u00edan familias maravillosas, un buen trabajo, buena salud, y ten\u00edan toda la libertad del mundo para cambiar sus circunstancias, en lugar de dar un paso irreversible. Y sin embargo, eso es lo que hicieron.<\/p>\n

Dado que algunas personas que parecen tener todo en la vida eligen morir, mientras que otras que no tienen nada eligen sobrevivir contra todo pron\u00f3stico, el prop\u00f3sito de la vida no puede residir en las circunstancias, posesiones o relaciones de una persona, sino en otro lugar. Y ese \u00abotro lugar\u00bb s\u00f3lo puede estar dentro de nosotros. El prop\u00f3sito de la vida, por lo tanto, ha de ser inherente a todo ser humano.<\/p>\n

Todos estamos aqu\u00ed por una raz\u00f3n. Cada manifestaci\u00f3n de vida en la tierra tiene un significado m\u00e1s profundo, que hace que valga la pena vivir a pesar de toda adversidad. \u00a1Pero tenemos que encontrar ese significado!<\/p>\n

Habiendo tenido tendencias suicidas, s\u00e9 que la elecci\u00f3n no siempre es f\u00e1cil. Pero vale <\/em>la pena vivir; y habiendo elegido la vida cada vez, nunca me he arrepentido de mi elecci\u00f3n. Al contrario. Me habr\u00eda perdido tantos d\u00edas maravillosos de pura felicidad, tantas horas dichosas, tantas experiencias enriquecedoras… en resumen, me habr\u00eda perdido toda la belleza y la magia de este regalo que llamamos vida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
